CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS: The discipline of theology has been no stranger to philosophy. Some consider them uneasy bedfellows, but many within theological disciplines have engaged deeply and excitedly with philosophical thought.
Transpositions is now accepting submissions for a series exploring the relationship between philosophy and theology and the arts. Authors are invited to explore, among other things, philosophical influences within the development of ‘Theology and the Arts’ as a discipline, particular theologians, philosophers or artists working in the intersection of these fields, and works of art and thought that might help us reconsider the disciplines of philosophy and theology in light of their historic exclusion of certain voices and perspectives.
