Dr Naomi Billingsley is Bishop Otter Scholar for Theology and the Arts in the Diocese of Chichester, a role which combines scholarly research with initiatives to engage members of the Diocese with the arts. Prior to taking up this role in October 2015, Naomi completed her PhD on William Blake’s depictions of Christ at the University of Manchester.
