Dr George Corbett is Lecturer in Theology, Imagination and the Arts. He trained as a musician at Chetham’s School of Music, and then read English literature (B.A.), European literature and culture (M.Phil.), and wrote a doctorate on Dante (Ph.D.) at the University of Cambridge. He also studied at the University of Pisa (Scuola Normale Superiore) and in Rome. Prior to his appointment at St Andrews, he was a Junior Research Fellow at Trinity College, Cambridge.
