Description:

The theme of this series is about IN/BREAK as INTERRUPTION. In the four gospels of the New Testament, the Lord Jesus Christ interrupted the system of our world with his radical Good News. In this series, the four living creatures of God, associated with their respective gospels, represent Christ’s power and presence: they are his agents disrupting the scene, arresting our attention with a radical action. In turn, the people are compelled to react, give way, respond. Likewise we must decide: do we pull back from the interruptions of the Lord, or reach forth toward him?

A Confrontation: Inspired by a true story about a police officer who served a mentally disabled man and his father in the middle of a parking lot. But who was really serving who, and whose world was interrupted?

Entering the Temple: The Lord Jesus Christ cleansed the temple of Jerusalem when he lived on earth. What will he find when he enters our places of worship today?

Breaking Ground: There are times when the interruption comes quiet, slow, barely visible, yet certain – like rain developing over faithfully ploughed soil.

Wind-borne: [Jesus said] “The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear its sound, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.” (Gospel of John, 3:8).
